Over The Edge: Full Program

Over The Edge is a 6 Week Fitness Program with a performance based nutrition plan. This 6 Week Program is broken down into 3 Phases to lean you out, while building lean muscle. The workouts will consist of cardio and strength exercises using resistance bands, dumbbells and a stepper. This is so much more than a fitness workout.
